As we quickly approach March, we know there is one sweet treat that we all think about this time of year - the iconic Shamrock Shake! Wouldn’t you love to indulge in one without the guilt or the extra calories? Don’t worry - we’ve got you covered!
We are excited to share this unique twist on the shake with the same creamy, minty goodness but with a wholesome spin that won’t leave you feeling weighed down. Completely packed with protein and healthier alternatives like spinach and bananas, this recipe is sure to satisfy your craving for the classic St. Patrick’s Day treat totally guilt-free!

Shamrock Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
For the shake:
- 1 pouch of Maja's Cacao & Coconut Overnight Oats (or ½ cup from the multiserve pouch)
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 frozen bananas (or ½ cup cauliflower)
- ½ cup spinach
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
- Optional topping:non-dairy whipped cream
- Optional topping: dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs
Instructions:
To begin this shake, add the pouch of Cacao & Coconut Overnight Oats pouch to a blender along with the non-dairy milk, frozen bananas, spinach, mint leaves, and peppermint extract. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes or until the consistency is smooth.

Feel free to garnish with the dark chocolate shavings, cacao nibs, or mint leaves as well! You can even make your shake more festive by adding a little natural green food coloring.
