Returns
Unfortunately, Maja does not accept returns of our food or merchandise products. We also do not do exchanges.
Refunds
Maja provides refunds only if you received the wrong order or a defective order, or if your order was damaged in-transit. Maja only will provide a refund for orders purchased on our website. Maja has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. Minor damage to the packaging is not considered “defective.”
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have 14 days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After this, Maja will not process a refund request.
