Campfire Oat Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
- Maja Banana Bread Overnight Oats or Maja Cacao & Coconut Overnight Oats
- Vegan Marshmallows (e.g. Dandies)
- Sliced Bananas
- Graham Crackers
- Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- Vegan Chocolate Chips (e.g. Enjoy Life)
Recipe:
You can begin making these treats by mixing one serving of either flavor of Maja overnight oats with ½ cup of your favorite type of milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk.
While it is preferable to soak the oats overnight, if you are eating on-the-go, you can let the oats set for just a few minutes. Once you have a nice thick texture to work with, you can have some fun with it!
Add some of your favorite toppings and mix them in with the oats. We suggest bananas, graham crackers, peanut butter or almond butter, and vegan marshmallows and chocolate chips for that yummy campfire feel!
