S'mores Cookie Sandwich

S'mores Cookie Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pkg. Maja Chocolate Chip Cookie Baking Mix (200 grams)
- 4 tbsp. Non-Dairy butter
- 1 tbsp. Water
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- Vegan Marshmallows (i.e. Dandies)
- Semi-sweet chocolate bar
Recipe:
First, preheat your oven to 350°F. Next, begin combining the ingredients by beating the butter and water together. You can use a hand mixer or a whisk. Once the consistency is creamy, you can then add in the vanilla extract.
Next, add in Maja’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and beat until well combined. Scoop the cookie dough into 2 tbsp balls and place on your baking sheet. You’ll want to put them on parchment paper or use an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, and then let them cool.
Finally, you’ll add the tablet of chocolate and a roasted vegan marshmallow to two cooled cookies to make the sandwich.
